The book of Philemon is about friendships and forgiveness. It’s about relationships and redemption. It reveals the power of the gospel to reconcile relationships.
It tells a story of a runaway slave named Onesimus who ran right into the arms of Christ through the ministry of Paul. Through this series we take a look at this letter Paul wrote to Philemon a friend and fellow Christ follower. In this letter Paul reveals something insight into what true forgiveness and redemption looks like in Christ.
